My Brands and Work:
Animal Chiropractic
I’m Dr. Erin O’Connor, founder and lead provider at Vitality Animal Chiropractic—a multi-award-winning clinic nationally recognized and featured in numerous media outlets. With a career spanning over 15 years, I specialize in advanced chiropractic care for dogs, cats, exotics, and wildlife, and have had the privilege of treating animals ranging from cherished family pets to national and world-champion competitors.
A milestone I’m especially proud of: I’ve performed over 70,000 chiropractic adjustments, caring for patients from 28 U.S. states and 3 countries, a testament to the trust placed in my expertise and the reach of our practice.
Animal chiropractic care supports a wide spectrum of needs, including musculoskeletal disorders, neurological conditions, immune support, performance optimization, wellness, and recovery. Whether it’s restoring mobility, enhancing quality of life, or elevating competitive performance, our care is always tailored and compassionate.
Our team also includes Dr. Cat Reczek, who provides expert chiropractic care for small animals in the clinic and travels for equine and large animal clients.
Additionally, my husband, Dr. Paul Nottoli, offers care for people through Vitality Shockwave Therapy, located in the same building, with a specialization in soft tissue injuries and athletic recovery.
As the field of animal chiropractic continues to grow, I encourage you to find a certified provider in your area by visiting animalchiropractic.org or IVCA.de.

Farmcraft Premium Raw
I co-founded Farmcraft in partnership with LouisJohn Slagel, fifth-generation farmer and owner of Slagel Farms in Forrest, Illinois. Our mission is to bring raw feeders a truly premium prey-model raw food made from responsibly raised animals using old-world, regenerative farming practices. Our livestock is raised the right way—on pasture, without shortcuts. We prioritize animal welfare, soil health, and sustainability, ensuring every animal is ethically raised, properly processed, and nutritionally rich. That means no mystery meats, no factory farming, and no synthetic fillers—just real, whole food, crafted with care. We make it easy to feed raw. Orders can be picked up at scheduled Chicagoland drop locations, or shipped via FedEx across the continental U.S. We also offer convenient on-farm pickup for those nearby.
Whether you’re feeding a beloved pet or a pack of performance animals, Farmcraft delivers real food you can trust... from our farm to your freezer.

Carnivore Nutrition
After opening my chiropractic clinic in 2010, I quickly noticed a consistent pattern... raw fed dogs and cats were thriving, while many kibble or canned fed pets struggled with chronic issues. This observation fueled years of independent research, hands-on experience, and formal education in naturopathic carnivore nutrition through the American Council of Animal Naturopathy.
Today, I offer personalized one-on-one consultations for pet parents looking to transition their animals to a raw, species-appropriate diet or optimize an existing one. I also host a subscription-based member area, which provides access to an ever growing library of resources covering raw feeding, holistic health, natural lifestyle support, and bi-monthly expert guidance, all designed to empower you with the tools to help your pet thrive naturally.
Whether you’re new to raw or a seasoned feeder seeking advanced insight, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

These include the Daily Herald, Chicago Sun-Times, Naperville Sun, NCTV17, SheKnows, DogTube, Glancer Magazine, Mercola Healthy Pets, West Suburban Dog, Raw Pet Digest, Naperville Dog, and many more.
These features reflect not only the growing interest in animal chiropractic and natural pet health, but also the impact of the work I’m honored to do every day. |
Mentorship & Internship
I’ve had the honor of mentoring future animal health professionals through shadowing opportunities, internships, clinic tours, and virtual mentorship calls. From high school students exploring career paths to doctoral candidates preparing to enter the field, it’s a privilege to support the next generation of animal chiropractors.
I’ve also enjoyed connecting with the Animal Chiropractic Club at Palmer College of Chiropractic—my alma mater—through Zoom Q&As, in-person discussions, and educational support.
Shadowing and internship opportunities are reserved for students at the high school, college, or graduate level who are either seriously interested in becoming an animal chiropractor or currently enrolled in an animal chiropractic certification program. For licensed professionals, I only consider requests from those actively enrolled in a certified animal chiropractic program.
If you meet these qualifications and are passionate about the field, I’d be happy to discuss mentorship opportunities further.
